Our mission
Support Ukraine and four non-profits assisting children, homeless families, wounded soldiers and injured civilians impacted by Russia’s invasion.
R4U is a 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
For each 5K finisher, an R4U sponsor donates $10 to four non-profits assisting in Ukraine.
How R4U Works
Create/Join a team
Create or join an R4U Team. Create your own team with family, friends, colleagues. Or join a team using a code or invitation link.
Run or walk 5K in the App
Start and track your 5K run (or walk) in the App. Any time, Anywhere.
Add your Selfie
Submit your selfie after finishing the 5K. Up to 8 finishers can be in the same selfie. Selfies are posted on the Team Page.
Support by donation
For each finisher, a sponsor donates $10 to four non-profits. 100% of donations go to the non-profits.

Each team with 5+ finishers appears on the R4U digital map. The world will see your support for Ukraine!

4 Non-profits assisting in Ukraine
Donors and sponsors can direct their contribution to one or all four non-profits.
100% of your donation goes to the non-profit.
